Hi! I'm a dynamic speaker, coach, and innovator with over 18 years of experience as an Emergency Room nurse. A Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and the founder of the Silent Struggle Solution, an employee wellness program that empowers HR leadersto build healthier, more engaged workplaces. Other nurses and healthcare professionals stated asking for the HOW, which led me to create the Corporate Nurse Coach Accelerator, a community and program that helps nurses, nurse coach and healthcare pros build a profitable business.
As a mother to three special needs children, I have firsthand experienced navigating the challenges of balancing professional success with personal resilience. This journey has inspired me to develop programs that address both corporate and parental struggles, fostering understanding and compassion in every sphere.

How much time will I need to dedicate every day?
On average you shouldn't need to spend more than an hour a day (45 min of training and 15 min of implementing). We've specifically designed it for busy people with complex schedules, so the recordings of the trainings will be left in the facebook group for the week, so you can review them and everything is doable on your own time if necessary, although we encourage you to show up to as many live sessions as possible in order to interact with Zander and the team to get the most of the workshop.
Why would you do something like this for free?
Let's be honest, this world is sick and it needs more coaches coaching full time to heal it. I've made plenty of money in my career already, so I just want to make sure you are getting out there and doing good work. When you get great results from our free content you will have money to hire us in the future. I am a firm believer that what goes around comes around, in the end.
How do you know that this will work for my business?
Over the past 5+ years I have had the privilege of personally working with hundreds of coaches and having a 98% success rate with our clients in every niche imaginable, so we've learned a thing or two. Although we are all individuals, most of us struggle with the same 5-10 things. Since, I am an engineer by education, I created the simplest path to success and solving these issues, so you can get to your goals faster then you ever thought possible.
